The Turbo Series Depalletizers

Turbo Series Hoist

The four-point lift chains utilize independent chain tensioners to assure reliable level lifting and low maintenance.

The lift chains run inside a UHMW chain track for smooth, quiet operation with minimum lubrication.

High Performance Sweep

The Turbo Series sweep is guided by heavy-duty linear bearings, one at each corner.  The variable speed frequency controlled drive assures smooth acceleration and deceleration for stable layer transfer.

The optional four-sided layer containment and layer compression bar provides he ultimate in stability for the most troublesome lightweight containers.

The design features UHMW chain track for quiet operation, long-life and easy replacement.

The heavy duty reversing motor provides the flexibility to remove unwanted pallet loads.  Its variable frequency drive system provides smooth pallet advance for unstrapped loads.

A pallet advance photo eye automatically stages pallet at the set points prior to entering the hoist.
